Child protective services issues
Each year thousands of people are investigated by Child Protective Services (CPS). And unfortunately, some people do receive an Indicated CPS Report. If it is not opposed by the parent it stays on file until 10 years after the youngest child in the family turns 21. If you have an Indicated CPS Report, we can help.
